Preparation
- Autoclave Solutions A and B separately and filter-sterilize Solution C. Combine the three solutions, distribute into culture vessels under a stream of N2-CO2 (80:20, v/v) and seal with butyl rubber stoppers. Prior to inoculation, reduce the medium with 0.05% L-cysteine x HCl x H2O (autoclaved as a 5% solution under a N2 atmosphere).
