That is DL-lactic acid sodium salt, i.e. stereo-unspecified sodium lactate, which is CHEBI:75228 and is already held by this record. Everything downstream of the split was then derived from the orphaned 'D': cas_rn 138-86-3 (LIMONENE) came from fuzzy-matching 'D' in CultureBotHT compounds_to_cas.csv, and the CHEBI:29958 'L-aspartic acid residue' mapping from matching the one-letter amino-acid code for aspartate.
