2026-08-05T00:01:30.894952+00:00 microbedecoder-residual-dispositions LLM FLAGGED_NEEDS_EXPERT NEEDS_EXPERT Not a single-compound grounding target: CSV comma-split fragment; parent compound not recoverable from the fragment.
2026-08-06T00:00:00+00:00 edison_literature_identity LLM ANNOTATED Edison LITERATURE (PaperQA3) identity research; report at research/ingredients/4-diol-edison-literature.md (local artifact — research/ is gitignored, so the findings are quoted here rather than linked). Report verdict: ## Recommended record updates — ### Status No ontology CURIE was proposed. Recorded as provenance only — no grounding applied from this run. Edison's recommendations are deliberately conservative, and a plausible identifier promoted by a mechanism that never decided anything is what #203 and #263 exist to undo. Any CURIE above is a curator's to accept or reject.
2026-08-14T00:00:00+00:00 repair_comma_split_labels MERGED_INTO Merged into CHEBI:41189 'Butane-1,4-diol': this record is the other half of a comma-split label, not an ingredient. Repaired a comma-split label (#308/#313): `Butane-1` and `4-diol` are the two halves of `butane-1,4-diol` split at its only comma. Neither fragment names a compound; rejoined they name one ChEBI holds as CHEBI:41189 (C4H10O2). The ingest strips commas from every chemical label, so a name containing one arrives as separate fragment records — the same mechanism that produced the `D` record resolved in #346.
