Preparation
- Add cysteine solution after the medium has been boiled and cooled under CO2. Adjust pH to 6.5 using NaOH, Distribute under N2 and autoclave.
- When preparing the plate medium, add 15g/L agar
- Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 min.
