Preparation
- Make up the 75% seawater from natural filtered seawater and deionised water.
- Gently heat the 75% seawater but do not bring it to the boil.
- Add and dissolve the tryptone and yeast extract.
- Add the f/2 stock 4 Vitamin mix.
- Autoclave at 15 psi for 15 minutes.
