Preparation

  1. Make up the 75% seawater from natural filtered seawater and deionised water.
  2. Gently heat the 75% seawater but do not bring it to the boil.
  3. Add and dissolve the tryptone and yeast extract.
  4. Add the f/2 stock 4 Vitamin mix.
  5. Autoclave at 15 psi for 15 minutes.
