Preparation

  1. Using aseptic technique, make up to 1 litre with sterile deionized water. It may be necessary to decant supernatant from precipitate in final medium.
  2. Alternatively, after autoclaving, it might be necessary to filter through 0.2 micron filter (removes precipitates etc).
  3. Autoclave at 15 psi for 15 minutes. Dispense any excess stocks into 10 ml aliquots and freeze.
