Preparation
- Dissolve dehydrated RCM medium in distilled water, add 0.5 ml/L 0.1% w/v Na-resazurin solution, bring to the boil, cool to room temperature while sparging with 100% N2 gas, dispense under the same gas atmosphere into anoxic Hungate-type tubes or serum vials, and autoclave.
