Preparation
- Boil 30 g oatmeal with 1 L distilled water over a water bath for 1 hr, stirring occasionally; filter through cloth, bring the filtrate back to 1 L, add agar, and boil until dissolved.
- Autoclave at 121 C for 15 min.
