Preparation
- Adjust pH to 7.0.
- Prepare sterile agar slants by autoclaving.
- Cool the slants in a sloping position.
- Cover solid slants with 2 ml sterile tap water, inoculate into the covering tap water, and incubate at 20 to 25 C for at least 48 h.
