TOGO M680 / JCM Medium 662 lists 1.0 L Distilled water.

Preparation

  1. Adjust pH to 7.0.
  2. Dissolve Sea salts (Sigma) in distilled water.
  3. Sterilize the Sea salts solution by filtration.
  4. Separately autoclave Peptone, Yeast extract, and Glucose solutions.
  5. Add the sterile Peptone, Yeast extract, and Glucose solutions to the sterile Sea salts solution.
  6. Make the liquid medium anaerobic by repeated cycles, three times, of degassing and charging with argon.

Target organisms

No target organisms are recorded.
