Microbial taxa and the strains behind them — NCBI Taxonomy identity, GTDB genomes, LPSN nomenclature and BacDive culture-collection strains, harmonized into one record per taxon from kg-microbe's transforms.
Every strain row carries its own genome and related records inline: NCBI, GTDB, BV-BRC/PATRIC, IMG and AllTheBacteria assemblies, and StrainInfo strain and deposit records with their DOIs and evidence. There is no separate per-source browser — open the taxon that classifies the strain.

The corpus is organised by the NCBI domain each taxon sits under.
Records are LinkML-validated YAML under data/taxa/, seeded
from committed inventories of kg-microbe's transforms. The schema,
curation history and pipeline all live in the repository.
