   ENVO:01000063 'planktonic material' attached as a parent, not adopted as the identity (NARROW). Definition review (#110, #161): reversed from CONFIRM_UNGROUNDED. Its committed research report shows the recorded premise - 'no ontology term fits this concept' - is not supported: ENVO:01000063 'planktonic material', 'a portion of environmental material primarily composed of plankton', is in the vendored slice and is exactly what a net tow retains. The concept is a MATERIAL composed of organisms, not a place and not a taxon, so adopting it makes no taxonomic claim and does not repeat the taxon-as-place error #114 reversed. GROUND_AS_PARENT rather than GROUND because river plankton is genuinely narrower than generic planktonic material; the setting parent ENVO:01000297 'freshwater river' is kept and expresses the water body.
