Seh1-associated complex
A GTPase-activating protein (GAP) complex that regulates TORC1 signaling by interacting with the Rag GTPase. In S. cerevisiae the complex contains Seh1p, Sec13p, Npr2p, Npr3p, Iml1p, Mtc5p, Rtc1p, and Sea4p. [GO:0035859]
Synonyms: GATOR complex; SEA complex
Has part: GATOR1 complex (GO:1990130); GATOR2 complex (GO:0061700)

Discussions
- CURATION_TODO (RESOLVED): Keep individual Iml1, Npr2, Npr3, Sea2, Sea3, Sea4, Seh1 and Sec13 protein rows in the GATOR1 and GATOR2 child records. GO already splits the SEA/GATOR complex into GATOR1/SEACIT and GATOR2/SEACAT subcomplexes, and those child records curate the yeast protein constituents with their own grounding discussions.
